John Akhigbe
John Akhigbe leads NovaCrux with passion and expertise. With over 15 years of experience in finance, Information technology, and agriculture, he brings vast knowledge to his role. As a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association and the US Global Chamber, John is a recognized leader in his field.
He has served as Senior Manager of Governance, Risk, and Compliance at Accenture, driving organizational resilience and regulatory compliance. Before that, he was Vice President at Zion Bancorporation USA, where he excelled in strategic planning and operational efficiency.
John is also on the boards of Jhotspur Global Solutions in Nigeria and Jobach Commodities Limited in Ghana, where his leadership fosters growth and innovation in emerging markets.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) Degree in Finance from the University of Lagos, grounding his professional success and strategic vision.

Olalekan Ige
Olalekan Ige brings innovation and expertise to NovaCrux. Graduating with honors in Physics Electronics from the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA), he now excels as a Senior IT Security and Software Implementation Consultant. His experience spans numerous industries, having led projects for top consulting firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, EY, and KPMG.
As an accredited member of the Certified Information Systems Security Professionals (CISSP), Olalekan’s expertise in information security is globally recognized. He designs and manages robust security frameworks that protect sensitive business information.
Beyond consulting, Olalekan co-founded NovaCrux Limited and advises its board. His vision and leadership drive the company’s growth and innovation in the agricultural sector.

Sewhenu Hunjah
Sewhenu Hunjah is the cornerstone of NovaCrux. As a Certified Information Systems Auditor and Certified Third-Party Risk Professional, he excels in risk management and information systems auditing. Sewhenu holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Management from the University of Lagos.
With a wealth of experience from his roles at Big Four organizations and in various industries, Sewhenu has provided invaluable risk management and remediation solutions to clients across the public and private sectors in the United States.
In addition to his consulting roles, Sewhenu advises the board of NovaCrux Limited. His strategic insights and expertise guide the company’s direction and growth.
